Append API

Enrich customer or prospect profiles by appending firmographic and domain data to a list of domains from a CSV or Excel file. Returns BizData profiles, Score values, and Growth metrics for each domain.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
dataset	Datasets to append: `bizdata`, `domain_status`, `redirects`, `growth`, `vendors`, `subdomains`. Required, at least one value
file	CSV/Excel file of domains (multipart form field). Optional if `query_id` is provided
query_id	One or more saved-query IDs (from `GET /queries/saved`) to resolve into company domains, unioned with any domains from `file`. Accepts a comma-separated string or repeated values. Each saved query contributes up to its domain cap
domain_column	Column containing domains. Auto-detected if not provided

Billing

bizdata bills net-new domains only. Domains retrieved in the last 90 days are cached and free.
The other datasets (domain_status, redirects, growth, vendors, subdomains) bill one record per row that returns data for that dataset; rows without data are free. There is no 90-day cache for these datasets, so re-running the same file bills them again.

The request is priced before it runs at both request fees it can incur (BizData and the other datasets) and every row of every dataset requested; one the remaining balance cannot cover is refused with a 403 INSUFFICIENT_BALANCE that names the largest number of rows that fits. A dataset listed twice is priced and fetched once.

Field naming depends on the dataset combination:

domain is always available without prefix. Original input columns are prefixed with input:.

Returns JSON by default. Add &csv=true for CSV output.
